How you opted in

Via a web/QR form with a required checkbox or a reservation/feedback flow where the same checkbox appears before submission. Consent is never a condition of purchase.

What's in the messages?

A small, on-brand welcome (e.g., a complimentary starter) and reply mapping to choose a time (e.g., 1=5:15, 2=5:45, 3=6:15). Each SMS includes STOP/HELP.
