LightLift — Terms

These Terms govern your use of LightLift's messaging service and related mini-pages ("Service"). By subscribing, clicking a link, or replying to a LightLift message, you agree to these Terms.

Program

Brand-identified, low-frequency SMS invites on behalf of participating restaurants to add a few more covers on quieter nights. Messages always name the restaurant.

Eligibility

You must be the mobile number's owner and at least 18 (or age of majority).

Messaging

1–4 msgs/mo. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end (immediate). Reply HELP for info or email help@lightlift.app. Consent isn't a condition of purchase.

Your responsibilities

Keep contact info accurate; don't misuse the Service.

Restaurant relationships

Each restaurant controls seating, offers, and policies. Complimentary items are provided by the restaurant, subject to availability and on-premise rules (e.g., one per table unless stated otherwise).

Links & pages

Messages may include lightlift.link pages; use of those pages is part of the Service and subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Availability & changes

Windows/offers are limited and may fill quickly. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service.

Disclaimers; Liability

Service provided "AS IS/AS AVAILABLE." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability to US $100.

Law; Venue

South Carolina law; exclusive courts in Charleston, SC, for disputes not subject to arbitration.
