LightLift — Privacy

LightLift ("we," "us") provides a messaging service that helps participating restaurants add a few more covers on quieter nights by inviting guests into earlier seating windows. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Questions: help@lightlift.app.

What we collect

We do not knowingly collect financial account numbers, government IDs, or precise geolocation.

How we use data

Lawful bases (where applicable)

Your consent, our legitimate interests (operation, security, analytics), and legal obligations (e.g., honoring opt-outs).

Sharing

Only with providers under safeguards: Twilio/carriers; Cloudflare; Supabase; and our email provider. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Consent records and opt-outs are retained as needed. Message logs and mini-page events are retained for operations/fraud prevention, then deleted or de-identified on a schedule.

Your choices

Other

Not directed to children under 13. We use reasonable safeguards; no method is perfectly secure. Providers may process data in the U.S. and elsewhere with appropriate safeguards.
